GRACE ROUSE, WHIMSICAL ART MASTER 🧚♀️: Grace Rouse is a professional artist who has been passionate about creating since childhood. After studying Studio Art with a focus on Figure Drawing at Spring Arbor University and Visual Art at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, as well as interning as a Gallery Manager at Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Grace taught art to kids and adults at a private school in Portland, Oregon. She has been painting commissions since 2012 and runs her own business selling whimsical art and products on Etsy and in local shops. Grace loves to teach art to kids, allowing their unique creativity to shine through in their work. She is passionate about painting with watercolors and creating nature scenes, animals, and other reflections of the universe's beauty. In addition to her artistic pursuits, Grace enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, stargazing, and spending time alone in nature.
Supplies: -Watercolor Paper - Pencil - Eraser - Sharpie (or other permanent) markers thin & medium - Paper towels / rag - Watercolor Paint set (can be a very basic set - all it really needs is red, blue, yellow, white, and black) - Small Watercolor pallet (most basic watercolor sets include a pallet on the lid) - Variety of brushes - Cup for water (cleaning out brush) - *Optional* white gel pen / white colored pencil / white acrylic paint
