In this 55 minute class students will learn to design and paint a cupcake image using watercolor paints on paper. We’ll focus on using colors that are considered complimentary according to the color wheel.
Class experience
We’ll learn to draw and paint a simple cupcake (including sprinkles!) sitting on a table using watercolor paints. Students will be encouraged to use complimentary paint colors and experiment with paint color properties as they mix. These skills will help the students to confidently choose colors in all their other art projects.
