This class is an ongoing format. Students will paint a new landscape every week. Each week is charged as a subscription on Sunday mornings. Students can join or leave the series any week. Prior attendance and knowledge of the subject is not required to attend. This class is designed for students who want to learn the art of Watercolor Painting. Instructor will use a step by step approach to demonstrate watercolor painting techniques used to create flowers, natural landscapes, and wildlife in nature. Once they built a solid foundation and keep practicing, they will be able to design a multitude of unique watercolor paintings of their own.
Watercolor paper/ thick paper Watercolor paint in either pre-formed cake pan sets or in tubes Palette for mixing colors (can use plates, wax paper, etc.) Water container (one for clean water, one for cleaning brushes) A few brushes in various sizes, round brush in size #6 #10 or #12 will be the most useful. Some small #s for details. Pencil, eraser Paper towels Narrow painter/ duct tapes/ washi tapes
