Do you love mermaids? Do you love to draw and paint? You are in the right place! In this one time class we will explore the mythical world of mermaids. As a group we will explore illustrations of mermaids and decide what characteristics are most important to an underwater creature. We will draw our mermaids as a group using steps and drawing techniques that focus on proportion, form and balance. Then, as a group we will add color using watercolor painting techniques, exploring different washes and relief technique. Grab a paintbrush and let's paint a mermaid together! Teaching Style: I like to discover strengths and what they might want to improve. My main goal in each of my classes to help each student achieve their creative potential. Experience: Some knowledge of drawing is an asset but not a requirement for this course. See you soon! Teacher Char
