Class Experience
Welcome to our one time Halloween watercolor class where we will paint a picture of an adorable black cat. This is a course that is perfect for beginning artists and specializes using step by step drawing and painting demonstrations to help blossoming artists perfect their skills. All artists are welcome to participate in this class, no matter their skill level. I will personally guide you each step of the way and will be eagerly waiting to answer your questions. I have gone to school for art education and have obtained my teaching degree via Grand Valley State University and have been certified for art education for grades young five through twelfth grade. I specialize in integrating general curriculum subject matter such as art, English, science, social studies and history into my lesson plans to ensure the homeschool population gets ample opportunity to meet minimum state standards while learning how to draw and having fun.

We will play an interactive trivia game to assess our newly found knowledge on the black cat and how to fight against the common stereotypes against this beloved creature.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will be using YouTube via screen share to help expand our students' knowledge of the black cat. There will be no need to set up any accounts in order to participate in this course.
