Hello and Welcome!
This is a fun and unique ongoing class that helps discover watercolors while creating a new piece of art that children will be proud of. Utilizing simple materials, each learner will create their own versions of this whimsical watercolor birds each week and expand their own understanding of their art abilities, leaving every one excited about their new creation. As an award-winning art teacher, I feel like I've discovered some important key elements in teaching art to young learners. The most valuable thing to me is to teach confidence and also appreciation for growth and I feel like each art piece that I teach does that. At the end of class, it is my hope that each learner feels successful and very confident in their skills.
