Each week you will learn how to paint step-by-step each animal/ insect listed. No previous skills with watercolor needed, as I'll post how to create everything needed for each animal/ insect.
This has been one of my more popular classes I've offered to my local Homeschool group, local community during the summer, and even with my adult private lessons. I love teaching watercolor, it's a fun fluid medium where you can be incredibly creative. My favorite part about teaching art classes is when I get to see the world through the eyes of the students by viewing their interpretations of the assignments I give them in class.
Supplies Needed: Watercolor paper size: 8 1/2 x 11 (or similar sizes) just one pad of paper though Brush set (any brand) (medium sized tear drop or rounded tip brush, 1 detail brush (skinny bristles), a medium sized flat tipped brush) Tablet watercolors set of 36, Water in a cup paper towels or reusable rag
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
