Having financial freedom is most likely high on most people's list, so why not gift your learner the information they need to have financial success when they are older? I have been teaching young adults, teens, and pre-teens about money for a couple of decades, but the BIGGEST reward is showing them HOW they can make their money GROW...and I mean REALLY GROW! I will arm your learner with facts about investments, what types of investments there are, and how the stock market works. Day 1: Stocks, bonds, savings accounts, CDs (what they are, how much the average rate of return is for each, and multiple scenarios of showing the investment returns of each). I will be using realistic scenarios for each investment so that it is easier for learners to understand and can be relatable to them. Day 2: Introduction to custodial accounts and how they work, plus a dive into the stock market-what does it do, what does it look like, and how do you read all those numbers and colors?! Learners will be picking their own five stocks and tracking their progress over one week and one year. This class is highly interactive and requires a calculator and the handouts I will provide prior to class. Are you ready for me to help give your child the knowledge and tools to be financially set...for life? Come and join me on this awesome journey!
