The Warrior cats from Erin Hunter's series have taken the world by storm with their incredible story arcs and captivating characters! In this class, we will celebrate our passion for these books by participating in a jeopardy-style game. This game will contain information about the first three story arcs from the Warrior series (The Prophies begin, the New Prophecy, and the Power of Three). That said, students should have those books read before class. How will it work? At the beginning of class, we will play a quick "Guess What Number I am Thinking" game to decide the order in which we will play the game. Then, we will go over the rules of Jeopardy and get started! I will facilitate the gameplay and keep score. I have created the game in Canva, so I will be sharing my screen for everyone to see the game and participate. This class is meant to be an exciting and fun place for students to bond over their shared interest in the Warrior cats. My purpose is to give them a fun game to play and a space to create friends! :) Please reach out if you have any questions!

Hi everyone! I am Teacher KerrieAnn. Here at Outschool, I enjoy teaching a variety of English classes ranging from skill-specific classes to overall improvement.
I enjoy teaching the skills I learned through my B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University. I studied how to write fiction pieces ranging from poetry and short stories all the way to novels. Given this, I love to teach students how to write their preferred type of fiction while also encouraging them to try something new. I also enjoy teaching students how to develop their writing "toolbox" and grow through the process of storytelling!
Given that I am a writer myself, my classroom environment is founded on mutual respect. Meaning, it is an encouraging, kind, and fun environment to discover and learn within.
I hope that my classes will strike new interests and passions that students can share with others and use to grow their wealth of knowledge.
