Learning Goals

What are students learning?
- Exciting and innovative ways to stay physically active while celebrating their love of brave girls from our favorite books or movies!
- Connecting with others who enjoy brave warrior girls while engaging in high quality physical literacy skills
- Life long fitness skills that can be used at home ANY TIME!

Why are students learning it?
- It's always fun to connect with other princess, supergirls and fitness fans!
- It's really important, now more than ever, to stay physically active and to engage in physical activity EVERY DAY
- This can be a great opportunity to engage students who may not necessarily enjoy traditional sport specific skills. Rather, this class involves more lifelong fitness skills!

How will we know if students are successful?
- Students will be able to successfully participate in 60 minutes of high quality physical activity
- Students will be able to share their love of brave female princesses and warriors through movement, writing, and sharing aloud with others.
- Students will be able to reflect on their own experiences and find realistic ways to be a brave role model at home and within their community.
