Students will experience the world through the cats’ eyes while considering the broad themes of the stories — what it means to be a part of a community and the importance of perseverance when facing adversity. I am an experienced teacher of literature
Students will read the assigned chapters ahead of class and be prepared to answer the discussion questions provided by the teacher. Time commitment is 50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 2-4 hours per week outside of class.
Student will need a copy of the book. Teacher will supply discussion questions upon enrollment.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
