Wanted: Young Writers Ready to Craft a Story!

We will be going through the writing process for composing a fictional story. Each session will start with a mini-lesson of some kind that can be applied to each child's individual story.
I will be teaching various elements as we go along, such as:
*plotting a story
*how to develop your characters
*how to write an interesting beginning
*the importance of descriptions and strong verbs
*the use of figurative language
*how to organize and outline the story prior to writing
*how to write a satisfying ending
This is an on-going course, so students can learn the writing mini-lesson each session and see how to apply it to their stories.
As students finish their stories, they can stop their subscription or stay with us to keep improving their writing with new stories!
