Description

Class Experience

Students will learn basic exercises they can use when their brain is feeling "foggy" to wake up and keep learning effectively and efficiently.
Ms Annika is a physical therapist who specializes in adapting movement patterns to individual students' needs. With more and more on-line learning being utilized in education today, students can easy lose focus, minimizing the actual learning happening in front of a screen. This program uses neurologic principles in movement science to enhance learning-- especially digital learning.
No homework--but the more you practice, the better your brain learns!
You just need a little bit of space and an open mind to try new things. Make sure no baby brothers or puppy dogs are in your space!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Make sure you have proper adult supervision for all exercising and that your space is clear of any obstacles.
Music used for educational purposes only.
