We will end each lesson with a cool down stretch. Students will need their own volleyball to practice each week. Week 1: Passing Week 2: Setting Week 3: Serving Week 4: Hitting & Blocking Week 5: Defense & Digging Throughout the weeks, students will improve proper body and hand positions, footwork, and mechanics and gain information about how to play the game and what coaches look for at tryouts. They'll learn how to practice their new skills at home (alone and with others). At then end of the course, students will gain experience and confidence with their new skills! They will be ready for their next volleyball tryouts!
