In this ongoing course we will take a look at volcanoes all over the world! Each week we will learn about a different volcano. As we learn about the volcano we will examine physicals characteristics, history, location, if its dormant or active, past eruptions, and fun facts. We will learn through great photos, videos, and discussion. During class each learners is encouraged to draw in their science journal, this will be a paper posted to the classroom or a paper from home. Teacher expertise and credentials
Welcome to my classroom! My name is Jessica, my students call me, Ms. Jessica. I have been an online educator for over three years. I received my B.S in Management and Leadership in 2016 and then moved onto my master's program to receive my Masters of Arts in Teaching for Special Education. In 2020 with a semester and left and my student teaching I decided to stay home and homeschool my own kiddos! I have a boy with Down syndrome and another little boy. My special education background allows me to customize my classes and adapt to any learner. When I am not teaching I enjoy taking our family dog on walks, spending time in nature, reading books of all kind, watching history documentaries, cooking, and spending time with my family.
