Students will be able to film and record audio in the Outschool classroom.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Students will receive informal feedback throughout the class from the teacher and their peers.
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Students will have the option to watch a YouTube video to complete one of their weekly assignments. Videos are carefully screened by the teacher, but parent supervision is recommended if you have concerns about your child using YouTube independently.
Optional YouTube video links will be shared for each session. This allows the instructor to respect copyright protection while still presenting valuable resources. Parent Advisory: The optional YouTube links share some really great videos that help kids learn about voiceover and voice acting. In order to avoid streaming and copyright issues I am sharing the YouTube Links. Videos marked * on the video list would be more appropriate for teen students as they main contain some bleeped or non bleep profanity. Nearpod is used in this class to make independent learning more interactive and fun.
