Class experience
**In this longer format class, students should have prior voice lesson experience or extensive musical theatre/solo singing experience. Students new to voice lessons should enroll in "Vocalize! Ongoing Singing Lessons for Singers".** In this class, students will learn how to singing healthfully and with their best voice. The class ratio is 1:1. Dr. Smith has 18+ years of one-on-one voice lesson teaching experience with students ages 9 and up. She has taught voice in the USA and India. She holds three music degrees in vocal music, including a Doctorate in Vocal Performance. Her former students have placed in international voice competitions, completed Masters programs in voice, and hold successful full-time careers in music. She has performed in the USA, Austria, India, and Switzerland. Currently, Dr. Smith, a mezzo-soprano, performs professionally as a soloist and chorister.
