In this ongoing course, we will study 7th and 8th grade vocabulary words in all categories including: language arts, math, science, etc. Study 10 words a week! In this vocabulary curriculum course we will cover spelling, definitions, and some creative writing/thinking. In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Learners will receive a final score and optional homework after each class. Class challenge scores will be computed and shared in the classroom, these are based on participation, spelling, and random points drawings.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Quizlet, used for spelling exams. Learners do no need an account to participate. They will just click a link, complete the quiz, and return to class. (=
