Vocabulary Masters - Reviewing Greek and Latin Roots with Gimkit

This class is designed specifically for students who have earned all four badges from my Vocabulary Supersleuths classes (parts 1-4). It allows students to review the roots previously learned, while also using vocabulary words in sentences. This class is ongoing, so students can join at any time. The material does not build on content from the previous week.

Each class will begin with a matching game on Nearpod to review the roots for the week. Then students will apply their knowledge of these roots while playing Gimkit games. All of the questions will be multiple choice or true/false. Some of the questions will ask the meaning or origin of a root. Other questions will require students to choose the correct vocabulary word for a sentence. Below is a list of the roots for each week. Please encourage your learner to look over those roots before class.
