We all know that carrots are good for your eyes, right? But why? What about broccoli? Do we really need it? We'll explore the role of different vitamins in our bodies and where we can find those vitamins. This high-energy class involves wiggling, trivia, and critical thinking. Students will have the opportunity to compare the work of nutrients in our body to familiar real-world experiences. Students will leave with some tools to help them remember the best sources for different nutrients and the role of those nutrients in their bodies.
