Description

Class Experience

Learning takes place on many levels, but the one that most students find applicable to life is the ability to have a variety of tools for later use outside of class such as: breathing techniques, postural corrections, techniques 
for bringing an off task mind back into focus. Students will learn some of the key components to visualization and meditation while having the opportunity to practice and ask questions from a certified instructor. 
I'm a certified single subject educator in English Language Arts and a certified mindfulness teacher from Mindful Schools. I learned some really great techniques in biofeedback and meditation from the medical community as a child, continued my learning practice as an adult and have now been teaching others more about the need for and techniques to enhance visualization and meditation. On top of this, I'm a credentialed teacher in the State of California and have a master's in education, curriculum design, and teaching. My interests include traveling around the world and learning best practices for living from those I encounter.

Students do not need to purchase any additional materials to enjoy the positive outcomes associated with this class. Many report less anxiety, better sleep, and increased attention capabilities after studying with me for a short period of time.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
