My lifelong love of horses began at a young age, while my professional work with horses started later when a trail ride inspired me to seek to truly understand them. I’ve since studied horse anatomy, behavior, and training, competed in jumping for the last three years, and worked with my two mares—Macarena and Mermelada—to build trust and communication through ground and saddle work. Teaching has always been a passion of mine; I even hosted a riding extracurricular at my school where I guided students in caring for and connecting with horses. These experiences have deepened my knowledge and fueled my desire to share the joy and skills of horse care with others.
