Viral Video Bootcamp

What will be taught?
In this one-hour online class, your teen will learn the fundamentals of short-form filmmaking, including how to write engaging scripts, craft attention-grabbing hooks, and structure videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

What topics will you cover?
We’ll cover:

How to create a strong hook to capture viewers’ attention.
Writing techniques for short-form storytelling.
Producing content, including planning and organizing ideas.
Key elements of creating shareable and engaging videos.
How is your class structured?
This class is divided into three interactive segments:

A lively introduction and icebreaker to get students thinking about their favorite videos.
A lesson on writing and producing techniques, presented with slides and examples.
A group discussion and brainstorming activity where students apply what they’ve learned.
How will you teach?
I use a combination of visual slides, live discussions, and interactive activities to ensure the class is dynamic and engaging. Teens will learn through real-world examples, group brainstorming, and creative exercises to keep the session fun and practical.

I believe in creating a supportive and interactive learning environment that encourages creativity and participation. My teaching style is approachable, encouraging, and tailored to the interests of teens, with plenty of opportunities for questions and discussion.

How much will learners get to interact with you?
Students will have multiple opportunities to interact with me during the session. I’ll guide them through live discussions, respond to their questions, and provide personalized feedback on their brainstorming and ideas. The class is highly interactive to keep students engaged and involved.
