Violin or viola students of any level are welcome to take lessons. If you already play and have specific repertoire you want to learn, I am happy to do that. I teach beginners through advanced students and am happy to tailor learning to students' interests. In my classes, I foster a love of music and connection through violin or viola playing. Proper technique and posture is covered, along with building skills through graded repertoire. Learners MUST have an appropriate size violin or viola to start lessons. If you need guidance on this, please get in touch and I can help you. **The weekly schedule will be learner-directed and not provided in the class description.**

Appropriate size violin or viola Shoulder rest Music Books - for beginner violin students, please purchase Suzuki Violin Vol.1 and I Can Read Music Vol.1. Other learners should get in touch to figure out what books we will use.

I could tell you about my qualifications, but that alone won't tell you who I am. I have a MMus. in Violin Performance, B.Mus. in Violin Performance, and BA in French. I have been teaching for over 30 years and thankfully still love it!
I currently offer violin, viola, piano, French, and Hebrew classes.
