In this 30 min. class, students will be shown how to attach a shoulder rest, tune strings with a digital tuner, and rosin and tighten a bow. Students will also learn how to hold a violin and bow in resting and playing position.
Class experience
In this 30 minute demonstration class, students will be introduced to different parts of the violin, learn how to attach a shoulder rest to a violin, tune strings with the help of a digital tuner, and how to rosin and tighten a bow. Instructor will also demonstrate and guide students on how to hold their violin and bow with the correct body posture in resting and playing position sitting down and standing up.
