Students will each have a chance to share their favorite games and strategies. They will be encouraged to share their experiences and opinions. Students will have the opportunity to explain why they love these games and what makes them special. We will also discuss new strategies to try during the coming week and discuss during our next class. We will practice active listening and respectful communication. Each week we will focus on different gaming topics and the discussions will be chosen by the learners. Neurodivergent Teacher: Emphasize the benefits of having a neurodivergent teacher who can understand and relate to the challenges students may face, providing valuable insights and coping strategies. Class Rules and Guidelines: 1. Respectful and inclusive language and behavior are mandatory. 2. Encourage active participation but respect the comfort levels of all participants. 3. Create a safe space where everyone's experiences and opinions are valued. 4. Address any disruptive or disrespectful behavior promptly. The topics each week are depending on the interest of the classes are student driven each week.
Learning Goals
Through talking on favorite games, gaming strategies, and cooperative play, students will build confidence in expressing their thoughts and ideas within a supportive community of like-minded peers.

Gamer tags are required for gaming. For safety and privacy, please message the teacher privately and give your gamer username prior to the class, and do not share your gamer tag with the other students.
