Description

Class Experience

The life and energy of a sentence comes from from its verb(s).  Learn to identify and distinguish action, linking, helping, verb phrases,  transitive and intransitive verbs.  These can be tricky, but after this class, your student will be a master!  In this class, verbs will be easily understood.  A prior knowledge of some parts of speech are helpful but not necessary. We will do some practice in order to teach these concepts.   An attachment will be posted in the classroom so that you...

Students will learn to identify and distinguish between action, linking, helping, and transitive and intransitive verbs.

I am a certified teach and have taught language arts for over 23 years.

An attachment will be provided so that students can follow along and retain the knowledge given.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
