Veggietales Drawing Camp
In this 4-week camp, students will learn all about the characters of Veggie Tales and how to draw them. Campers will also participate in activities and receive a certificate at the end, from the VeggieTales.

Beginner - Intermediate Level
In the VeggieTales Activity and Drawing camp, students will learn how to draw the characters of VeggieTales. In each session campers will learn how to draw a character of the story from VeggieTales. This will be a camp, with a fun and interactive setting. I will host camp through live video and also have a wide variety of downloadable coloring pages and activities. Week 1Lesson 1Larry- Boy and the Fib from Outer SpaceThe campers will draw a picture of Larry the Cucumber, learning easy and fun ways to complete their sketch. In the last few minutes of camp, we will talk about space and campers can download Larry-Boy coloring pages.Lesson 2Larry-Boy and the Bad AppleThe campers will participate in making an apple craft, using red construction paper, green construction paper, Elmers's glue and a paper plate. In the last few minutes of camp, we will talk about apples and campers can download more Larry-Boy coloring pages.Week 2Lesson 3Madame BlueberryCampers will draw a picture of Madame Blueberry, while talking about all the tasty treats that can be made with blueberries. In the last few minutes of camp, we will talk about the video and campers can download Madame Blueberry coloring pages.Lesson 4Josh and the Big WallCampers will draw Bob the Tomato, while talking about the greatest walls that have been built. In the last few minutes of camp, we will talk about our drawings and campers can download Bob the Tomato coloring pages.Week 3Lesson 5Duke and the Great Pie WarCampers will draw Laura Carrot. In the last few minutes of camp, we will talk about kindness and how to be kind to one another. Campers can download coloring pages.Lesson 6King George and the DuckyCampers will draw a Rubber Ducky. In the last few minutes of camp, we will talk about bubbles and duckies. Campers can download coloring pages.Week 4Lesson 7Dave and The Giant PickleCampers will draw Pa Grape. In the last few minutes of camp, we will talk about pickles and look over the drawings. Campers can download coloring pages.Lesson 8Gideon, Tuba WarriorCampers will draw a tuba and Percy Pea. In the last few minutes of camp, we will socialize and discuss all the fun drawings we created. Campers will receive a VeggieTales certificate, from the VeggieTales crew.
- Students will learn basic drawing skills, such as the correct pencil, how to choose appropriate colors and the excitement art can bring.
I have an Associate Degree in Arts from Hopkinsville Community College and am currently attending the University of Western Kentucky to obtain my bachelor's degree in health sciences. I own an art gallery and have been an artist for over 20 years. I have worked with kids for a great deal of my life. Awarded most outstanding camp counselor at Oakland City camp best friends in Atlanta, Georgia. I have written and published many children's books as well.
This camp supports students with unique learning needs by using visual learning, process over product (the process of creating art, rather than the finished goal), and using a flexible environment with a multisensory approach.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
