Learning to Love Me, Myself, and I
This lesson is focused on tools to help you become aware of the gifts you have to offer the world and to honor all of you, even the parts you don't like. You will learn tools to help you feel true friendship and admiration for yourself. Loving yourself is important for keeping bullies away. You are not an easy target when other people see and feel your confidence and love for yourself.
Lesson 2
Self-Love Art Activity
In this lesson, you will get creative while focusing on your unique self. You will create a finger print collage of your personality traits, desires, passions, etc. with drawings and words.
 Week 2
Lesson 3
Awareness of Self-Talk
In this lesson, you will deepen your self-love by becoming aware of the negative self-talk that circles your mind and swapping it out for positive self-talk.
Lesson 4
The Power of Mantras
In this lesson, you will learn how to use mantras as a way of instilling a feeling inside of you such as feeling safe, happy, and peaceful.
 Week 3
Lesson 5
Keep Growing in a Positive Direction with Inner Knowing, and Intention setting.
In this lesson, you will tap into your inner knowing and write down your hopes, dreams, and goals.
Lesson 6
Keep Growing with a Growth Mindset and Positive Perspective.
Despite your challenges, you can be happy as long as you gain the perspective of challenges helping you grow and expand into your truest self. Learn to see life with a growth mindset perspective and take note of all the wonderful things in your life
 Week 4
Lesson 7
Mental Rehearsal and Meditation
In this lesson, you will learn HeartMath and other meditation tools such as the inner smile to promote emotional well-being. You will also learn how to use mental rehearsal/visualization to show your brain what you desire and get excited about your future.
Lesson 8
Meditation Practice
In this lesson, you will get more focused practice on meditation tools and the inner smile.
 Week 5
Lesson 9
Create Healthy Friendships
In this lesson, you will get clear on your core values and what you value in a friendship. You will also become aware of boundaries you need in your healthy friendships.
Lesson 10
In this lesson, you will learn the benefits of journaling for instilling growth and self-love.
 Week 6
Lesson 11
The Importance of Self-Love and Positive Growth
This is a summary of the tools you have learned in this class with a reminder of why it is important to keep growing and loving who you are.
