Week 1Lesson 1Learning to Love Me, Myself, and IThis lesson is focused on tools to help you become aware of the gifts you have to offer the world and to honor all of you, even the parts you don't like. You will learn tools to help you feel true friendship and admiration for yourself. Loving yourself is important for keeping bullies away. You are not an easy target when other people see and feel your confidence and love for yourself.Lesson 2Self-Love Art ActivityIn this lesson, you will get creative while focusing on your unique self. You will create a finger print collage of your personality traits, desires, passions, etc. with drawings and words.Week 2Lesson 3Awareness of Self-TalkIn this lesson, you will deepen your self-love by becoming aware of the negative self-talk that circles your mind and swapping it out for positive self-talk.Lesson 4The Power of MantrasIn this lesson, you will learn how to use mantras as a way of instilling a feeling inside of you such as feeling safe, happy, and peaceful.Week 3Lesson 5Keep Growing in a Positive Direction with Inner Knowing, and Intention setting.In this lesson, you will tap into your inner knowing and write down your hopes, dreams, and goals.Lesson 6Keep Growing with a Growth Mindset and Positive Perspective.Despite your challenges, you can be happy as long as you gain the perspective of challenges helping you grow and expand into your truest self.
