In this 8-week beginner Spanish course, we will continue to build on the previous 3 courses in this sequence. This course is more grammar heavy and practice heavy. We will switch between learning and application through games and projects.

Class Experience

This course will be different from my previous courses as we will spend one class per week learning new content and then use the other class to practice and apply what we learn to further  learner understanding. The second session each week will focus on building comprehension in all modes of communication in an engaging and fun way.

16 Lessons
over 8 Weeks
Lesson 1:
Review of -AR, -ER and -IR verbs conjugations in the present tense.
 We will start our course by reviewing present tense conjugations for regular, general verbs.

 Application may be in the form of a mini in-class project or a Quizlet/vocabulary game.

Lesson 3:
Stem-changing verbs e→ie and direct object pronouns
 Review e-->ie stem-changing verbs and how to use them with direct object pronouns in Spanish.

Lesson 4:

Other Details

Pre-Requisites
Before taking this class, learners should complete the 6-week course: ¡Vamos a Aprender! Beginner Spanish Class Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 to be better equipped for this course since we will build on prior knowledge.
