Ready to fall in love with painting? No painting experience is necessary.......Really! Just paint - a - long with Ms. Muse and by the end of class time, you will have created a masterpiece! Students will follow along step by step, as I paint details right in front of them. I will demonstrate how the paint colors work together and we'll layer these to create beautiful paintings with depth. They will learn painting terminology and some easy to remember techniques that they can use in their own artwork. If they choose, students can always share their masterpiece at the end of the class. (This is never required.) It's really exciting to see how proud they are of their work. Watch as they improve with each painting they create! I strive to upload a few NEW paintings each month! Valentine Gnome: ACRYLIC Paint Colors ( craft acrylics work well too!) Generous amount of White. Red Black Tiny dot of orange *Yellow ochre ( golden yellow/brown) or Brown Or can be mixed up with a base of Yellow , dot of red and dot of blue. 11x14 canvas or watercolor paper or multi - media paper *Please note, the structure/ timing of the class is geared toward SPECIFICALLY 11x14. This manageable size allows for ample time to work on each step, and for all levels of painters to enjoy success. 3 different sized Brushes : 3/4 inch - 1 " Flat wash brush Medium ROUND brush ( size 8 ) Small Detail ROUND brush ( size 3 or 4) 2 Bowls of water EXTRA Paper towels 2 Paper plates, one for mixing + one to hold paknts. . Paint smock /protect your surfaces from paint long hair tied back Headphones may be helpful. ____________________________________________
