Class Experience
Love is in the air! In this one time class, we will be talking about things and people in our lives that we love and freeze dancing! For the freeze dance portion, please have a safe, clear space for students to safely move their bodies. Please remind students that they can bring a water bottle for water breaks as needed. Please have an adult nearby for supervision! We always warm up our bodies before we freeze dance, so we will be doing that before the dancing starts! We will be stretching...
Students will practice gratitude and noticing important people and items in their lives.
Please bring a sheet of paper and writing utensils of choice (crayons, markers, etc)
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please make sure students are supervised during freeze dance. Students will be moving and need a clean, clear, safe space to move around. Please have water nearby if needed!
