Description
Class Experience
3/8 inch Ribbon ( can use one or two colors, if using two colors, make sure they match up to look good together) Hair alligator clip (if you choose to turn your heart into a hair piece) thread (or any other material to make a hanger for your heart if you choose not to make it into a hair barrette) cardboard puzzle pieces (do you have a puzzle that's missing a piece?? This is a great way to repurpose that puzzle!) Pink or red acrylic paint popsicle sticks Black permanent marker hot glue gun and glue sticks for the glue gun Yarn- Red and pink is best, but can use any color you would like to make your monster love bug lighter for burning the ends of the ribbon to seal them so they don't unravel 6 mm wiggly eyes small piece of sturdy cardboard scissors. ruler or tape measure
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will be using scissors and a hot glue gun during this course, please assist as needed for safety. Students will also be using a lighter to carefully burn the end of the ribbon to keep it from unraveling.
