This is a budget-friendly arts & craft class where you don't need a lot of supplies. Students will learn step by step how to make this pretty pop up heart greeting card for Valentine's Day. I will guide and demonstrate with clear instructions for everyone to follow along. They also have opportunities to express their own creativity in colors and designs. Learners should be comfortable using scissors to cut shapes. Otherwise, it would be good to have a helper. After a meet and greet, we will get crafty using simple supplies including color paper, scissors, and glue. Please check the full supply list below. I will be demonstrating how to draw Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. However, learners can also draw their own favorite character if they wish. Learners have lots of opportunities to ask questions during the class. In the end, everyone can show off their creations. No previous knowledge or experience is needed for this class.
Learning Goals
This class will stimulate students' creativity and love for crafting. Students will walk away with a proud creation.
