Tailored to beginner to intermediate dancers, this class is designed to enhance both their movement and mindset. 🌟 What Will Be Taught? This class blends urban dance techniques with mental training to help dancers: ✔️ Improve rhythm, coordination, and flexibility through urban dance styles like hip-hop and commercial. ✔️ Develop a growth mindset—learning how to embrace challenges and progress through effort. ✔️ Build confidence by overcoming self-doubt and setting achievable goals. ✔️ Strengthen focus & discipline, which helps both in dance and everyday life. I believe in creating a supportive environment where students feel safe taking risks, making mistakes, and growing as both dancers and individuals. 🎯 Hands-On Practice: We reinforce mindset lessons through movement. 📢 Guided Discussions: Students reflect on growth mindset principles as they dance. 🎧 What’s Needed? ✔️ Comfortable dancewear & shoes that allow movement ✔️ A safe space free from obstacles to move comfortably 💡 Bonus: This class is based on the principles in my book, The Secret Dance Technique, which teaches dancers essential mental skills for dance and life. 📣 Give your child the gift of dance and a strong mindset—enroll today!
