Class Experience
Bakers will learn how to: *mix a homemade Pineapple upside down cake *Melt and make caramel *kitchen measurement and calculations *baking techniques/ hacks for this dessert
I am a STEAM Enrichment Instructor for Children ages 5 -18. I have taught fusion inspired cooking, baking classes, mix media art classes, and paint parties for 10+ years.

1 file available upon enrollmentThe ingredient list and recipe will be sent prior to the class starting. All ingredients can be purchase at your local farmer's markets and grocery stores. TOOL LIST 1.A big/ medium bowl 2. An electric mixer or whisk 3. cupcake liners if using muffin pans 4. 1 small prep bowl or cup 5. Ice-cream scoop 6. Mixing spoon/ Rubber spatula 7. 1 muffin pan, 9X13 baking dish or a Bundt pan 8. Cooking Spray 9. 1 sauce pan/pot
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
After each session, each participant will get to showcase and share their baked goodies with friends and family
50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Since we will be using the oven, parental supervision is advised if any assistance is need.
