After an initial one-time meeting with the learner to establish what Montessori work to address, this 6-week listing of meetings will provide weekly support for the learner in the subject areas that were discussed. Montessori math, language arts, practical life, social studies, and/or science are possibilities for study and will be decided on prior to scheduling this set of meetings. I am a certified upper elementary (ages 9-12) Montessori teacher who truly loves this method of learning.
Each week I am happy to message the parent with a small progress report of the concepts discussed and what their learner might wish to work on in between meetings.
Montessori work often requires physical material for success. I am happy to offer suggestions on which materials to consider purchasing and/or showing you examples of some work that can be made at home.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
