Description
Class Experience
I chose this novel as a launching point to spark the student's interests. I have included websites, videos, and book suggestions that students may want to explore even after the class has ended. I enjoy sharing great books with the kids, and love exchanging ideas with them. I believe that if the students are excited about what they read, and follow it up with thoughtful conversations, additional reading and researching, and hands-on activities that it will inspire them to do more free choice reading.
1 file available upon enrollmentStudents will need a copy of the book '21 Balloons' by William Pene DuBois. The reading assignment begins before the first class.
1 hour 50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
