Join me on a fun 3-day coding adventure to learn all about the butterfly life cycle! In this mini-camp, young learners will fly into the world of the monarch butterfly to identify the monarch's life cycle, predators, and ways in which we can contribute to growing the population of this beautiful creature. Each session will allow learners to share their knowledge and participate in discussion with their fellow classmates. Each class will include a handout for both independent practice and...
We will have fun exploring basic facts about the butterfly life cycle, merged with the foundations of coding. Students will also be able to identify predators of a monarch butterfly and ways we can aid in growing the monarch butterfly population.
Handouts for each session will be provided. Students may also wish to bring a pencil and blank paper to class with them.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
