Students will read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's/Philosopher's Stone. Students will practice reading comprehension skills in response to weekly discussion questions. Students will practice their speaking and listening skills by engaging in class discussions.
I am a certified elementary teacher with most of my experience in the upper elementary grades. I have taught Harry Potter to my classes for the past 9 years and I have also run after school Harry Potter clubs for the past 5 years. Students in other grades are request to be in my class so they can read Harry Potter and it always the most exciting time of year for my students!
