United We Stand - Geography Pen Pals
In this club, we will discuss the 50 states in the United States of America. Students will be encouraged to send pen pal mail to me or each other.

The students will cooperate and help me build a USA map puzzle. We will discuss which states everyone in the club is from. We will learn various fun facts about each state. We will learn facts like; state capitals state birds state flags Students will be encouraged to write or draw mail for someone in the club. Everyone will receive mail. in later club meetings, we will share the mail we receive from our club. This is a very interactive club with lots of discussion. Students will get multiple opportunities to present and ask questions. I will encourage students to share what state they live in and where they have traveled. Students will have opportunities to share maps or items from their travels.
