Parental guidance is recommended to assist learners throughout the course as we will be using the third-party platforms, YouTube, Nearpod, and Google Forms (for a review quiz). I will create and upload private videos to YouTube and then share the links in the classroom that you can watch with your child. Parental consent is needed for learners to participate in the Nearpod learning assessment activities. I will share the link and code for each activity. You will need to provide a full name and optional nickname for your child to access Nearpod. Note about using play dough: Play dough may contain wheat, which could cause an allergic reaction if ingested in those sensitive to wheat gluten or with Celiac disease. If your child is sensitive to wheat gluten, you can provide homemade play dough made without wheat.
