Description
Class Experience
In this class, students will learn how to collage, paint, and layer elements to create a unique piece of pop art! Students will be provided with the graphic elements to use as the base of their collage, they'll learn about mixing media and will be encouraged to make their own artistic choices. Once the project is complete students can optionally share and talk through their art! Students will learn there is no right or wrong way to create art. Students will learn to make creative choices, and how to layer and collage different types of media.
I'm offering this class because I believe art should be part of everyone's every day! Exploring colors, painting and layering is just so enjoyable and great for the mind.

2 files available upon enrollmentStudents will be provided with illustrations that they will need to print on white paper BEFORE the class. Students should try to have on hand... 1.Watercolor paint and brushes (any kind, any palette) 2.Crayons, or coloring pencils. 3.1 inky black pen (thin sharpie, or similar) 4.Glue (any kind is ok) 5.Scissors 6. Paper towel for spills
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
