In this one-time, live class, learners will learn 2 short routines to music about unicorns and mermaids all while being engaged in a magical ballet experience!
Class experience
During our live, one-time class, we will learn ballet basics and put those movements together to create 2 simple, but, fun Unicorn and Mermaid routines! If your learner would like to bring a unicorn or mermaid (or both!) show-and-tell, we will begin with a short introduction and a chance to show the class your show-and-tell! Following introductions, we will begin to learn a few basic ballet moves that will be in our routines. We will dance to "The Unicorn Ballet Dance" and "Mermaid Ballet"...
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
With any sort of movement or exercise, there is risk. Dancers should clear their dance space of any hazards, wear comfortable clothing, and bring water as needed. If there are any injuries or risks, the instructor (me) should be informed prior to class.
