In this class, students will have fun learning ballet techniques and breathing techniques.

Class Experience

In this class, students will learn the basic ballet dance move. Dancers will be encouraged to engage with and motivate each other. Each class will begin with stretches and mild cardio. 

We will learn the following: 
Foot placement
Hand/arm placement
Many more techniques
Ballet Foundations
Dance Terminology
Dance move 

Modification is available for those who may struggle. We will incorporate different songs throughout the class. At the end of the ongoing class we will create a dance routine. 

***No experienced is required.
Day 1: first position, parallel, tendu 
Day 2: second position, plié, tendu
third position, fourth position, arabesque
Day 3: fifth position, White Swan Lake Dance

Learning Goals

Students will improve their ballet techniques as well as learn a dance with all techniques, that was learned during our class session.

Parental Guidance
Please have a bottle of water for class sessions. Also, ensure the space is decluttered. All moves will be modified for all students.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
