In this one time class, learners will listen in as Teacher Amanda reads a special story about the character Uni the Unicorn! This story is called called Uni the Unicorn Goes to School by Amy Krouse Rosenthal. Just before class, Teacher Amanda will share a printable bookmark for learners to print out for us to color and design after we listen to our story. After the story time, learners can chat, discuss reading comprehension, discuss unicorns with other learners, and work on their bookmark. No prior knowledge is necessary. Learners must be prepared to use their art supplies and design their bookmark in the most beautiful way that they can create, because READING is MAGICAL! :)






Please note that no refunds will be given if a student misses class.

Parental Guidance
Grown ups may need to assist learners in printing the coloring worksheet prior to class and gathering art supplies, they may also need help either folding their bookmark or if they choose to use scissors to cut out their bookmark. *Parental guidance required for the use of scissors*
Supply List
Art supplies such as: crayons, markers, colored pencils, sparkles, stickers, glitter, etc., and the printable worksheet (this printable will be provided in the classroom for parent/guardians to have access to print before class)
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
