Welcome to our Underwater Portraits art class! In this class, students will create their own unique portrait while learning and applying a watercolor crayon resist. This class is suitable for all levels and is designed to be a relaxed, enjoyable experience. First, students will follow step-by-step instructions to create their portrait. They will then have the chance to create their favorite sea creature and add it to their portrait. Finally, they will finish off their artwork with a splash of color to bring it all to life. Throughout the class, students will have the chance to ask questions and get individualized help from the instructor. By the end of the class, students will have created a beautiful, personalized piece of art that they can be proud of. We can't wait to see what creative underwater world each student creates!

Supply List
For best results, students will need: Watercolor paper Black Sharpie Crayons Watercolor paints (blues and greens for water effect) Paintbrush Cup of water or spray bottle for paints. Alternative Supplies: White paper Crayons or colored pencils

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
