Students will learn Newton's Laws, how to draw free-body diagrams, determining magnitudes of unequal vectors, how to calculate different types of force, how to calculate centripetal acceleration, and how to calculate Universal Gravitation.

Description
Class Experience
Students will be able to communicate and evaluate information about how forces affect the motion of objects.
Certified high school science teacher in the state of Georgia.
Students will be given two assignments each week for each new content covered. These may be worksheets provided, or links to websites for a virtual assessment to be completed.
Students will need a scientific calculator to help with equations.
Upon parent request, grades for all assignments will be provided, and students will have the option of completing an assessment at the end of the class to gauge understanding. There will also be a quiz given each week, in addition to the "final" at the end of the class.
No live meetings, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
