over 5 WeeksLesson 1:
What is Anger & What are my Anger Triggers?
In Week 1, we'll explore the basics of anger. We'll learn what anger is and how it can make us feel. Understanding our emotions is the first step to managing them better. We'll also discover what triggers our anger, like when someone annoys us. By knowing our triggers, we can start to control our reactions better.
Lesson 2:
Anger Signs
This week, we'll learn to recognize the signs that tell us we're getting angry. These are our body's ways of telling us we're upset. By noticing these signs early, we can take steps to calm down before our anger gets too big.
Lesson 3:
Calming strategies
When we feel angry, it's essential to have ways to calm ourselves down. In Week 3, we'll explore different calming strategies we can use. By practicing these techniques, we can learn to calm ourselves down and feel better.
Lesson 4:
Managing Our Reactions
Sometimes when we're angry, we react without thinking. In Week 4, we'll learn the importance of stopping, thinking, and then reacting. We'll discover the difference between reacting and responding. By learning to respond instead of react, we can make better choices when we're angry.
