Class Experience

Students will gain an understanding of their own anxiety and set obtainable goals towards practicing healthy coping ways to manage it. 
Please bring a blank sheet of paper, pencil, markers/pencil crayons and a smile
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
